  • 1962
    Establishment of our company under the name Altınyağ Kombinaları A.Ş., commencing operations in the edible oil sector.
  • 2000
    Initial Public Offering: Shares began trading on Borsa İstanbul.
  • 2012
    Exit from the refined and packaged oil segment, with a strategic focus on oilseed processing and crude oil production.
  • 2014
    Expansion of oilseed processing capacity, becoming Turkey’s third-largest oilseed processing facility in terms of capacity.
  • 2017
    Initiation of negotiations with Sodrugestvo, one of Europe’s largest agricultural companies, for the sale of our facilities and assets.
  • 2018
    Completion of the sale of facilities and assets to Sodrugestvo, marking the conclusion of our edible oil operations.
  • 2020
    Strategic focus shifted to mining and energy investments, and corporate name changed to Altınyağ Madencilik ve Enerji Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
  • 2020
    Acquisition of Malkara Coal Enterprises Economic Integrity through a public tender from TMSF.
  • 2021
    Signing of a 2-million-ton sales agreement with Çan2 Termik A.Ş., one of Turkey’s largest electricity producers.
  • 2021
    Mining site operation agreement signed with Batı Trakya Madencilik A.Ş.
  • 2021
    Acquisition and commissioning of a coal washing and enrichment plant.
  • 2023
    Evaluation of investment alternatives in solar power plant (SPP) projects.

    Corporate name of our biodiesel subsidiary changed to Altınyağ Yenilenebilir Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş.

    Determination of investment priorities with a focus on Renewable Energy and Energy Storage sectors.

    Commissioning of Coal Drying Facility Investment at our mining site.

    Amendment of Articles of Association: In addition to mining, our fields of activity expanded to include renewable energy and energy storage investments, as well as high-tech, defense industry, and logistics sectors.
