The world is going through a period filled with economic and geopolitical uncertainties, where political balances are shifting in many countries with global repercussions.
From our perspective, we are also completing this period with significant transformations; the first step of this change was the management restructuring we implemented. Following this, by taking into account both the global and domestic context and the dizzying pace of change, we identified the strategic sectors on which we need to focus. In this framework, we revised our fields of activity and submitted our new articles of association to the approval of our esteemed shareholders. The unanimous approval of these changes has greatly encouraged us and further strengthened our confidence in success.
In line with this transformation, we also redefined our corporate identity. The name “Altınyağ,” which we have proudly carried for many years, has been changed to “Ruzy”, reflecting our new direction. Our company is now officially named Ruzy Madencilik ve Enerji Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
Exiting entirely from the vegetable oil production and sales business, we have redefined our strategic focus. Alongside our ongoing mining activities, we are now directing our strategy primarily toward the energy sector — including renewable energy and energy storage — as well as high technology, defense industry, and logistics. We aim to invest in these areas either directly or through private equity investment funds, thereby contributing to the Turkish economy and employment.
With the strong support of our investors, we are fully confident that, together with our robust management team, we will successfully take the steps toward implementing these strategic objectives.
