Born in 1972 in Tokat, he is a graduate of Konya Seydişehir High School. He has held significant roles in the financial sector as a shareholder and board member. He currently also serves as Chairman of the Board in : Ruzy Arts, Ruzy Renewable Energy Investments, Ruzy Financial Services and Bulls Aviation

Born in 1971 in Çanakkale, he graduated from the Department of Economics at Marmara University. He later completed a degree in Computer Programming at Sakarya University and earned an Executive MBA from Sabancı University. He began his professional career at İşbank in 1993. Between 1996 and 2017, he served as a finance executive and CFO at various companies within Anadolu Group. From 2017 to 2024, he worked at Bunge Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., where he last held the position of Country Leader. In 2024, he joined our company as Chief Executive Officer, and he currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO.

Born in 1975 in Konya, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration at Muğla University. He currently serves as a Board Member also at: Ruzy Renewable Energy Investments, Ruzy Arts

Born in 1974 in Ankara, he completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration at the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University and earned his Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois in the United States. He began his career in 1997 as Tax Inspector at the Board of Account Experts of the Ministry of Finance. Between 2008 and 2012, he served as Group President at the Revenue Administration, and from 2012 to 2016 he was Deputy President of the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority. From 2016 to 2020, he served as President of the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK), followed by a role as Advisor to the Minister of Finance between 2020 and 2023. In 2023, he became a partner at RYM Reform, where he currently provides services as a Certified Public Accountant, Independent Auditor, and Consultant.

Born in 1968 in Erzurum, he completed his undergraduate studies in Mathematical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in 1990, his Master’s degree in Mathematical Engineering at the Institute of Science, Yıldız Technical University in 1992, and his PhD in Mathematical Engineering at the Institute of Science, Istanbul Technical University in 2020. He has worked as a Research Assistant at Yıldız Technical University and as Deputy Provincial Director at the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement. He has also held managerial positions in various private sector companies.
