Mining Enrichment Investment – 2024
Within the framework of our Company’s investment plans in the mining sector and in order to enhance the quality of our coal production, the Coal Drying Plant and Equipment newly established by Batı Trakya Mining (Batı Trakya Madencilik A.Ş.) in our licensed mining field located in Malkara, Tekirdağ (license no. 30527), have been acquired following negotiations for a total consideration of TRY 36,490,989 including VAT. The facility has since commenced operations.
Land and Real Estate Investments – 2024
In line with the expansion of our open-pit mining operations, a land investment totaling 47 decares has been made in Malkara, Tekirdağ.
In addition, an 18-decare land investment has been made in Kemalpaşa, İzmir, to support potential future activities.
